Access to the site, access to correct information, access to people concerned with the operations of the company, the management of the site and the scene of the fire will all be critical and urgent and dealt with immediately by the Insurers and Loss Adjusters'teams. The insured party needs to have an equally prepared and able team to move into the disaster scene, in order to manage and record the flow of information at the earliest stages of the claim.

The outer circle are the critical parties involved in the reinstatement programmes, in the areas of Property, Machinery, Stock, I.T. and Hardware and so on. The design team will have a great input here, the company's finance department will need to be prepared for the project. All of this preparation will require co-ordination in the context of the insurance claim and the company's main needs and objectives.
